Order Processing Times We offer two types of products, each with different production times: Print‑on‑Demand Items Produced by our UK fulfilment partners. Processing time: 3–7 business days Dispatch: Once production is complete Handmade & Customised Items Created personally in our studio. Processing time: 5–14 business days depending on complexity. We maintain contact with our clients and do our best to fulfil your bespoke pieces as soon as practicable. If you're in a rush for a special gift, contact us for a chat and we'll always see what we can do to help. You will be notified if additional time is required. Shipping Times & Methods We currently ship to: United Kingdom (standard and tracked options) International shipping may be added later Estimated delivery times (after dispatch): UK Standard: 2–4 business days UK Tracked: 1–3 business days Print on demand shipping timescales are set by our production partners and as such you may receive items from your order in seperate packages on seperate timescales. Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods. Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product type, weight and destination. Split Shipments If your order contains both print‑on‑demand and handmade items, they may arrive in separate parcels. You will receive tracking information for each shipment where applicable. Lost or Delayed Parcels If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier. Incorrect Addresses Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
